Cookie Ingredients:

Icing: confectioner’s sugar, meringue powder, vanilla extract, water, corn syrup, food coloring. Calories: 52 Carbs:13.2g

When is payment due?
Monthly Cookie Box orders are paid at time of ordering. Custom orders require at 50% deposit at time of booking and are to be paid in full 14 days before the pick up or ship date.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?
I can cancel your cookie order up to 14 business days prior to your ship or pick up date. There are no refunds for cookies already made, including monthly cookie theme boxes.  

What type of Sugar Cookie should I expect?

My standard cookie flavor is vanilla. Custom orders are 3/8 thick inch (THIS IS A VERY THICK COOKIE) and monthly cookie boxes are 5/16 inch.  The royal icing on top is a vanilla flavor icing.  Other cookie flavors are available upon request.

When are cookies shipped?

All cookies orders are shipped USPS priority the Friday before the event.

How are cookies shipped?

Cookies are sealed in individual cello bags and wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection. They are put inside a baker’s box before being placed in a sturdy corrugated shipping box.  There is always a possibility for a cookie to be broken in transit since we have no control once it leaves our hands. We cannot be responsible for broken cookies in transit.

 How do I keep my cookies fresh?

Cookies are best 10 days after they arrive. For optimal freshness, keep cookies in individual cello packages until the day of the event.  The best way to get cookies out of bubble wrap or cello bags is to use scissors to cut the package. To prevent color fading, keep away from direct sunlight.   DO NOT REFRIGERATE as this will start the process of drying out the cookie.   

Can I freeze my cookies?

You may freeze cookies by placing them in a large Ziploc bag or sealed Tupperware. You may freeze cookies for up to 3 months after arrival. DO NOT OPEN CONTAINER OR ZIPLOCK BAG UNTIL COOKIES ARE THROUGHLY THAWED (a minimum of 8 hours before eating.)
